Another Pretty Face

The expressive face of a Japanese macaque was captured by Your Shot photographer Moana Ghiandoni “at Jigokudani onsen [hot spring] in Nagano,” Japan. Jigokudani Monkey Park is home to a large population of the primates, also known as snow monkeys, who live in the area’s high cliffs and forests and descend to soak in the hot springs during the harsh winters.
