"Things will always cost more money after I buy them, fix them up and be done with them."
I guess I was little worry before taking a power nap about the value of things and what they are worth. Because of the market price and suggested retail price and numerous websites with price advisors like KBB.com. Things are of more valuable once you put in the effort of fixing them and making them run, look, feel better. One of you may say: you can't polish a turd. Well you actually can but why would you polish a turd? My point is you will make a thing better if it is only worth it.
